We were given some sparkling wine because of Expedia which wasn’t helpful because we don’t drink - and I think the hotel should replace this with another benefit for those who don’t drink. Hotel offered a free cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday which was great. We were given an upgrade to a nicer room. The room is spacious and comfortable. Balcony with a good swimming pool view and drapes which open and close automatically. Bathroom spacious and nice. ...

suite and had a wonderful time. Everything was managed well, the rooms were very clean and refreshed daily. They even folded my sister's pajamas that were on the bed! The staff was delightful and helpful. We didn't go to any of the restaurants so I can't speak to that."
