Best 5 star hotel customer service that I have experienced and great breakfast. Quick check in/out and doors were always opened for us when entering and exiting. One small deduction for older in room furniture and hallway carpets could use a steam cleaning. Didn’t like the no swim trunks option when using the steam room/sauna and hot tub. I understand it’s standard practice in Asia, find it a little uncomfortable watching other men’s junk in wide view.

Convenience stands out as it’s close to a MRT Station, two major shopping malls with many well-known restaurants as well as a first-class bookstore… The breakfast in the hotel is also top-notch!
