It’s always a pleasure to stay there and the staffs are nice as usual. Location is convenience. the only concern was the room smells a bit musty guess because the typical summer weather of Taiwan and typhoon situation . Overall, it’s good and will come back again !

I had a fabulous stay at the Okura Prestige for a week in April. The location is perfect, in a central shopping and eating neighborhood without being overly hectic. The staff was extremely accommodating and may me feel special with each encounter. The room was immaculate with nice appointments. I will stay there in my future visits to Taipei.

This is an excellent property with all the appointments expected of Japanese luxury. The property is conveniently located near an MRT station which adds even more to its appeal. Not only would I definitely come back to this property next time I'm in Taipei, I will look for Okura anywhere I travel in the world.

Hotel situated at prime location for shopping and dining. Walkable and close to metro stations. Staff were professional, polite, recognized & greeted me whenever I came back to the hotel. My room was clean, quiet and elegant. When I visited in December 2024 - hotel seemed not to have centralized heating. I had to request for extra blanket unfortunately it did not keep me warm. I had to request heater for my room when i was sleeping. All my years of travel from Canada - this is the very time I felt cold staying at a hotel. Otherwise, I had a lovely stay.
