10/10 Excellent

"Staff: My stay for the week wasn't pleasant due circumstances not under my control however the hotel and staff was impeccable and made a messy situation bearable. I want to give a personal thanks to the cleaning lady but unfortunately she wasn't in my last day. So hopefully if the staff reads this to pass her way. I apologize for not getting names else id shout out all who were of great service throughout my trip. Location: This hotel is nestled right in the perfect spot to grab the local train outside, to run into the 7-11 (who also has EXTREMELY helpful staff) for quick supplies or to take a morning jog thru a park I would say is one of the most tranquil public parks I've ever been to. The block this hotel is on itself is perfect. Quiet and low traffic (but not in the sketchy drug deal way) which makes it a perfect place for Uber drop-off/pick-up. All the fun stuff in the city is no more than 15 min away The Hotel: Looks great from the outside like a giant bright videogame checkpoint. Can't miss it. Looks great on the inside. Furnishings and amenities are either brand new and really well kept (bringing me back to my comment about the staff and maintenance being superb). I WILL ABSOLUTELY stay here again next trip to Taipei."

"Location is prime with very clean room and general amenities. Some areas in the room do have clear wear out or stains that were there with building ages. Overall it was a great stay, to most travellers, the connected shopping (luxury brands) is probably useless, the hotel buffet can be improved for the price that it is charging (many better options nearby). In room coffee is little annoying, since it is pour over style, and yet the cup/mug is not tall enough for a good pour over, we ended up using glass water cup that serves better though likely not ideal for hot drink."

"I had an amazing stay for 4 nights! Everything was very clean and the staff were very professional and nice. The only downside was that the card key could accidentally get deactivated if it gets too close to a smartphone, but the staff was able to fix the issue very quickly! The location was also very convenient. There is a MRT entrance for the red line literally right outside the hotel."
