The hotel was nice and clean. Spacious with the updated technology. The hotel is also by Ximending Shopping District and near transportation by bus, train and if you want to do day trip to Jiufen, a bus station nearby will take you straight there. They also provide pajamas, so you dont have to. Overall, an amazing stay.

The gym was pretty sparse even for a hotel gym, but everything was super clean. The laundry machines were super convenient, and the luggage storage was super nice to have. Everything is super clean and well maintained. I would definitely come back. It's a great location next to the mrt and late night food options everywhere.

my second time staying at Solaria Ximen, the location is convenient with easy access to Ximending, yet it is not too noisy in the evening, only 5 min walk to 24 hour noodle shop if you care for midnight snack, a lot of coffee shops and eateries in the area, about 10 min walk to Beimen airport express station which is in fact much closer than routing via Taipei station.
