Clean, simple, modern and accessible hotel
Clean, simple and modern hotel located about 8-10 mins walk from Songjiang Nanjing Metro station (green line) and about 3-5 mins walk from the Nanjing East Road where there are many buses. Direct bus/train ride to many parts of the city. Raohe night market is just 20 mins ride away. Triple room is a little small with a King bed and a single bed. No writing table and desk provided in this configuration. Have difficulty opening several full size luggages at the same time. Snacks and mini bar items are complimentary. Smart TV that allows Youtube, Netflix, Disney+, etc. There's a small balcony. However, the door is locked. Toilet and shower area is reasonable size with good water pressure. Breakfast is served at the level 1 restaurant beside the lobby. Choice of 3 breakfast sets to choose from (American, Japanese or Waffles). If you are not going for the breakfast sets, you can also choose from the ala carte menu. Drinks, yoghurt and cereals are self-served from the bar. Offers kombucha as 1 of the selections as well!

Disappointing Stay
I am redeeming 1 night and paid an additional night to stay. My redeemable price for room rate is about Hk$1900. Yet this hotel only costs about Hk$1300. Yet, upon check in, I was given a 2/f room with windows facing the opposite windows of local residence, ie absolutely no privacy. I asked to change for higher level, yet they said there is no other room at that room rate, and ask that if I want to upgrade, I have to pay NTD 500 per night. That is disappointing, (1) I waste my redeemable night with a higher rate which should qualify for a premium room; (2) my sister family travel with me paying the same rate but manage to get a 6/f room, ie room with a view. Also, dirty cups at rooms are not cleaned/replaced. No replenishment of shampoo, conditioner, soap... poor service. The front desk (afternoon shift) is not helpful at all.
