We would like to express our gratitude for the time that the guest invested to offer his review. Cleanliness: First, we would like to state that we take great care to offer the highest level of cleanliness to each guest by offering daily housekeeping services. Thus, we are very pleased that the guest acknowledged our daily efforts to revive the apartment to its original state. Our daily efforts included removing stains from curtains, cleaning walls and kitchen cabinets from spilled milk and other breakfast items, and diligently removing sunscreen from the room linens, doors and walls. Location: Second, we are fortunate to be the 5th generation to own, live and work in this particular location. We are in the heart of the traditional village of Imerovigli, at the highest inhabited point and in one of the most picturesque locations on the island with easy access. Just one walk through the traditional village and this becomes immediately evident. It is for the above reasons that guests choose to stay with us and tourist choose to visit the area. Breakfast: Third, all guests prior to their arrival are informed that we offer a complimentary full Greek style Continental breakfast which is served in the apartment. We do not advertise a buffet setting; we do not offer restaurant/bar services. Our complimentary breakfast includes: Filter coffee, Black Tea / Green Tea, Orange Juice / Apple Juice / Milk, Fresh bread , our homemade cake (made from scratch), seasonal fruit salad, Honey, Jam, Butter, Cold cut slices (ham / turkey), Cheese, Greek Yogurt, Boiled eggs. We prepare a different cake each day and alternate variety of cheeses and cold cuts. If guests have any dietary sensitivities (gluten / lactose), we offer alternatives upon request at no additional cost. Charges: If a guest would like extra services such as shuttle transportation, laundry or extra breakfast portions (in addition to the complimentary breakfast that we provide), then we may accommodate the request at an extra cost that is clearly posted. Of course, all of these services are upon request and are offered and confirmed depending on availability and current health guidelines and restrictions (due to the Covid situation). In conclusion, we are a small family owned bed and breakfast NOT an all-inclusive hotel that offer holiday packages with free extras, large grounds and facilities and a controlled environment isolated from the village. Each apartment is fully furnished and equipped for 2 persons including a kitchenette and a private veranda with panoramic view to the Caldera so all our guests may feel independent and at home.
