"Room renovations very nice. No restaurant for sit down breakfast on site. HVAC noisy in room. Lobby very nice. Get the lake view rooms or else you get the parking area. "

"The breakfast food, choices & staff were wonderful. Very clean & fully stocked & fresh/hot. The main complaint would be, on Sunday evening, we went to the pool as usual, but Sunday, the hot tub was FILTHY & the pool was over chlorinated. The water was so cloudy in the pool & the hot tub, you could see dirt & when turned oned on, it stirred up dirt, smelled & no bubbles, just foam. The other thing would be the pool water for the 3 days was cold. One last thing, not enough outlets for plugging in electronics, etc... Staff was wonderful, helpful & overall & very nice stay! We would stay again! "

"We knew it was off season, but we didn’t think the hotel would be run down. We were hoping to use the pool and hot tub. We got a notice two days before coming that it would be closed the first two days we were there. However, when we inquired on Monday, we were told it was still closed. The other surprise was the window and door to the balcony in our room are in disrepair. The seals on both are non-existent. Air flows freely through them when they’re closed and the door doesn’t lock. We were on the second floor, but I still felt like the door should lock and I shouldn’t be able to feel air coming through the windows and door. Thank goodness we had mild temps. "

"ALL THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD. HAD ABOUT 4 MEALS AT THE LODGE. ROOM WAS OK CLEAN, BUT THE CARPET SEEMED TO NEED A CLEANING. RESTAURANT STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT. I DIAGREE WITH THE LODGE POLICY OF CHARGING A $20 FEE FOR A LATE CHECK OUT OF 1 HOUR. MOST PLACES WILL ALLOW AN HOUR OR TWO GRACE PERIOD WITHOUT CHARGING EXTRA. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR POLICY."
