"We arrived for an overnight stay at the Crown and mitre on April 30/2025 . The first room we had ( 303 ) wasn’t at all to our liking or what we had expected it was old, tired and in need of some TLC . Thankfully to the Hotel Manager Ellie we moved to a room on the second floor . We were really delighted with our new room on it was evident that this room had been refurbished it also had the most beautiful and comfortable bed we had a great sleep . The Hotel has a fantastic indoor swimming
