"This property is in a relatively good location in Siena and has many positives. However, the use of perfumed cleaners in our room was a real issue as we had an allergic reaction. On request, the cleaning staff quit using the fragrance products. Thank you. Also, this hotel does not have an elevator. This was not an issue for us, but could be a real problem. "My sister and I had a wonderful time visiting Terre Di Baccio! Sabrina was so helpful and so kind! Everyone in the office was very helpful and friendly. The grounds are beautiful with breathtaking views. The dinner we had was amazing. Best lasagna I ever had in my life and the gentleman that played the piano was very good! We did a wine tasting with Inis and she was also amazing! So friendly and fun! Overall it was an amazing stay and I would HIGHLY recommend this Agriturismo!"
