"Staying at Sheraton Frankfurt Airport gives me a warm feeling since the first place. Due to no vacancy at Marriott Frankfurt downtown, we had to move here. We had 4 rooms and M-Club access there. It is probably that the morning meal not fresh taken at Marriott Frankfurt downtown, so my stomach did not feel well and my body didn’t feel comfortable. Angelika Laurer noticed me and proactively offered me a cup of fruity camomile tea so that my discomfort was reduced. I appreciated her. The whole team at the M-Club are professional and nice. Other staffs Kevin O’Connor and Sveltlin Dimitrov also treated us like family and always gave us pleasant feeling whenever we stayed at the M-Club. We stayed for 10 days. Except for the soft beverages and snacks offered there, light meal offered there is very narrow in choices and purely western style to my opinions. So, I had several suggestions and discussions with them on possible options to offer for customers. I felt that there is limitation to meet everyone’s demand at M-Club, however, I feel that it might still be a surprise if the meal styles can be adjusted, or altered within different meal styles like oriental or Asian. It is always good to have soup or broth at higher temperature that can deliver warm feeling and satisfaction. In all, In all, I shall never forget the interactions there with the team at the M-Club and thank them for the great experiences that they brought to me."

"This is a super hotel, extremely close (10 minute walk) to the Frankfurt railway station but in a safe, quiet area near the river. The hotel staff is warm, friendly and welcoming; my room was impeccably clean, with tasteful but simple decor, and included a refrigerator and an iron/ironing board. Easy to walk everywhere, the bridge to the Städel Museum is literally a minute away, and all other cultural destinations are nearby (or there are taxis waiting outside), shopping as well. Surprisingly inexpensive, excellent value for money. I will gladly stay here again, and recommend it enthusiastically. "
