"I wanted to spend three nights in this spa Hotel, but unfortunately, I was ill the day I was scheduled to travel to the hotel, so ended up spending only two nights. I was met at the hotel by a very friendly and helpful receptionist, who had arranged an upgraded room, given that I was unable to arrive the first evening. "The resort got a makeover and is completely refurbished. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We took our kids with us hiking, for which there are plenty of options, but childcare is available too if kids prefer not to hike. After the hike, we used the water park, enjoyed dinner and then used the family/game room for entertainment. It was perfect!"

"The staff was nice. I won't use this site to book if we stay again. We had the squeeky bed in the diagonal room. The other rooms looked better. Book with them. Beautiful surroundings. Dinner was awesome and breakfast was great, with made to order eggs. Cooked correctly. (That's hard to find) No fan I guess and so that means open windows. Summer can get hot!"
