"Great property with excellent staff. Unfortunately when we visited it was during a heat wave and there’s no AC because it’s a historical building so the room was very warm. "
"Absolutely adorable room in a historic building in a charming medieval town. Cozy, comfortable, and clean. Owner graciously welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful experience."
"The staff was so very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for us with a small refrigerator and wine glasses! We sat in the garden area adjacent to the hotel and enjoyed our breakfasts as well as wine in the evening. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well each night because the hotel is located in a quiet area! The metro system is conveniently located and easy to navigate! Wonderful coffee shop right around the corner. Highly recommend this quaint hotel"
"This hotel was perfect access to the lake as well as transportation and/or walking to tourist sites/town. The bathroom was huge and beds comfortable. "
"Rude and unpleasant staff avoid this hotel.
This is the kind of hotel that will exploit every little opportunity to take your money.
Perhaps a 5 star due to the location but 2 star staff "

"Loved our stay at the Lavaux! Gorgeous view of Lac Leman (Lake Geneva). We stayed on an extrodinarily hot summer day/night and really enjoyed the 5 min. walk down to the beach and the air conditioned rooms had a beautiful deck view of the lake but yet were nice and cool for sleeping. "
"The staff were fabulous!! The breakfast was really good and has the best outlook over the lake. Nice and close to the train. The only minor thing was we couldn't find the air con the first night and it was really hot in the room so we needed to open the windows. It was close to midnight and had been up and travelling since 6am when we checked in so we were too tired to try and find out whether the room didn't have it. It was hidden behind the curtain and on the floor, in other places the air con is up high because cool air sinks and also behind a curtain doesnt really help with air flow. A really minor thing but it could be good to have the room cool before check in or advice on how to operate as it was ~30 degrees at the time. "
"This was a very nice hotel located in a convenient, beautiful area. So relaxing, I wish we had more time here and would love to come back. I highly recommend the hotel. The staff was also outstanding!

"Hotel Royal Savoy is a beautiful hotel. Totally refurbished with a new 100 room wing with spa added and reopened in 2016 after a multi year refurbishment. I have stayed here several times in the last 39 years, since living here for 7 weeks when studying at the near by IMD in 1986. It’s a suburb location. Midway between the Lac Leman and the rail station. If arriving by train take the metro just 2 stops towards the lake and you will emerge less than 100 metres from the hotel. The refurbishment was of the highest possible standard. And the buffet breakfasts on outside deck are exquisite. Thanks again. "
"The hotel was beautiful. They had staff that were eager to help with anything that came up. We were greeted every time we entered or exited the hotel. The room was a junior suite and lovely. "
"This was such a charming hotel. Right across the street from the lake. Beautiful views, friendly staff, safe area. Close to the metro. We loved our stay and would definitely book there again. "
