"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very nice- particularly breakfast which was freshly cooked. The room was a bit tired but clean and the shower was very nice. It was quiet and in a really good location to visit Kew Gardens which were an easy 10 minute walk away. I felt the stay was very good value for money. "

Mar 16 (working weeknight) woken 3 times to continuous running up/down the stairs until 4am, contacted reception twice, second time, receptionist thought it sensible to pretend to be mentally deranged to get me off the phone. "Clean, new building. Partition between rooms could have been more soundproofed but close to Ealing Broadway for walking and nice neighbourhood. Was more AirBnB than Guesthouse but reasonably priced. "

"The welcome from the manager is great, very secure, clean and Elat the main manager is very helpful. The location is great and for a budget hotel on the edge of turnham green there is nothing better."

"The staff was exceptionally helpful, warm welcoming and a good guide. Great, peacefully place to stay just outside of the main city but an easy 10 minute walk to the Elizabeth Line/Underground tube stations with easy access to shopping."

"The actual flat was quite nice. The communication with the property owner before my stay was very difficult. To the extent that I wasn't convinced there was actually a place for me to stay until I was inside. Fortunately, it was a real place, in the location I needed, and turned out to be very clean and comfortable."
