This hotel need a major renovation. There is no air conditioning, the showers are moldy, and the sheets and pillows look like they’ve never been washed.

it was quite bit safety locks would help provide peace of mind when you leave your belongings inside No deadbolt from inside. Existing lock could be easily lock by a thief. Anybody from the outside could get in and break in. Didn’t see any security cameras

Watch person onsite, for those who stay there late, i did look alike outdated and the bed was hard but for my experience I liked it they clean every day. Cable and wifi, and if u have any issues there fixed it promptly.

The photos they posted on the web was photos of 20 years ago. The entire conditions is horrible. Everyone should be very carefully avoid this hotel. Orbitz, don't send any of your customer to this hotel. again, it is horrible. I've paid two night's money but I didn't stay in that hotel. I prefer to spend money to stay in another hotel.

There is no person to check in rooms.. place closes after 8pm its a huge building with no entrance theres a man on call to call him to open rooms..and no air conditioning very terrible

As soon as i get to my room on Friday I tried to used my shower and I noticed that what damaged, I created a report with the guy in charge to gave me the keys and he recommended me to create another report with the girl on the frontdesk, following the recommendation, I created this report on saturday and the girl told me that maybe for Sunday or Monday the problem was going to be solved. I left my room a week later and the problem with my shower never was fixed it. It was very uncomfortable to take a shower on those days .

The manager gave inconsistent instructions to staff. Tried to take additional money from me, and asked me to take my bags and leave. Even the staff felt that this was absurd and irrational.

Difficult stay
Broken furniture, horrible beds, no AC, mosquitos all night. It was the hotel next to the hospital that I needed to be, otherwise I would have cancel my stay.

Great place!
Gteat place to stay at if you're just looking for a shower and bed for the night. The room was very clean and well kept and I have to say, I loved it! I was surprised at the comfort of the place. Well worth the price. There's a shopping center and several eateries within a short walking distance. If you drive in, you can park on or off the street, hotel does have private parking for guests. There's a cab stand right outside the hotel which I found rather convenient! The only downside was the lack of air conditionong which would be necessary on a hot night.

Walking distance from Plaza Del Sol
The hotel is walking distance from plaza del sol which is very convenient and taxi cabs are always outside. However, they still need to work on making the rooms more comfortable and clean. The bed is a hard mattress, restroom is very dirty with lots of residue, NO A/C (I had to leave the balcony door open because it was hot causing my baby to get bitten by mosquitoes), and no elevators. The staff was very friendly.

Conveniently located hotel.
No luxuries and pretty dated. Clean. The Internet was impossibly slow at times. The room had two lights with the bulbs out, which were not replaced. The bed was very good but the pillows horrible. Met our needs as we were attending a conference across the major avenue--had a 5 minute walk through a shopping mall and saved hundreds staying at this hotel.

Reception closed on Sundays
We chose this hotel partly due to it's location, but also because of the kitchenette. Sad to say that the kitchen area was very knocked about. We also appreciated having secure parking, but it was inconvenient not having reception open on Sunday, our day of checkout, to give us access to our vehicle. The on-site manager was not in his room, and did not respond to any of our calls. This caused us unnecessary anxiety, as we had a meeting to get to.
