"Could not contact the person in charge. Although it is self check-in, they left a number for us to contact for queries/emergency/concerns. Our concerns were: -checklist had missing items to which we were told to report but could not reach their phone or chat app provided -wifi was down and not fixed the whole duration of our stay -towels were plenty (a good thing), but did not seem to be cleaned properly Given it was inexpensive, at the least the host should at least still be available...

"Confusing check in instructions. Finally got in and noticed AC didn't cool the room. Tried contacting the management, no reply. Left text message, got reply after 3 hours stating "other people didn't complain, others are not stupid (like you)". Thanks to Expedia for helping me book another place."
