Pensions in Guam

Room was in need of some TLC with some things not working. Staff are very helpful and the location is excellent, so all round was a great choice but some updates would be good

The whole family had a fantastic time. Yep the hotel is old but the pools and water park are well maintained and they’re basically the star of the hotel. Kids have an amazing time at the water park. We had satisfactory meals at the hotel’s restaurants as well though we only got daily breakfast and went to the Japanese ramen restaurant on site for dinner one night. All round good. Nice pool, beautiful beach,friendly staff. I would like to come back again.

We arrived at 4 am. Had emailed hotel to find out if they do 1/2 day but no response. Also emailed about shuttle and never got response. A bit worried, but from the moment we arrived we were impressed with the friendliness of staff. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Ocean views lovely. Nice quiet place. Awesome for family with kids. Place needs updating but overall a very pleasant stay.
