"This is our first choice hotel when staying for a short break in Las Palmas. The reception area is bright, clean and fresh smelling. The reception staff are super friendly. The rooms are equipped with tea/coffee making facilities with complementary tea, coffee and sugar. The location for us is perfect, just a minute's walk to the beach and there are shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars all around but still a quiet and peaceful place to stay. "

"We stayed at Apartamentos Brisamar Canteras briefly in 2019 and enjoyed it very much, so returned in Sep 2024 for a longer stay. The location is fantastic, right on the beach about half way along the 3km promenade. Tons of restaurants and the beach is very well maintained. The property does need a bit of attention - we had some very sticky doors and a broken laundry rack, and the moving of chairs on marble tiles caused a lot of noise that transferred to apartments above and below (could easily be fixed with some pads or socks on the chair feet.). But the beds were extremely comfy, the staff mostly cheerful and helpful, and if we needed anything (such as a fan because no a/c) we only had to ask. Beautiiful sunset views from our balcony or the rooftop patio. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."
