"Hard to find initially. But very handy to the new Yangyang subway on line 11. Also good coffee nearby and local food options. The room is small but comfortable. "

"This was the WORST hotel I stayed in, the location is beyond difficult to find and once I arrived the room looked nothing like the photos and the room was very dingy. I politely asked to receive a refund and they refused to respond to the Expedia representative. 0/10 would not recommend, the photos don't match the actual room, the bed is unstable if you even sit on the bed it will move which is a big safety hazard."

"The hotel is ok or below ok for the price. There was the smoke smell present all the time in the room. The staff does not speak English, but they used the electronic translator, which helped. The breakfast items were tasty (several kinds of bao-tzy, also dumplings, oranges, sanwiches). The thing was helpful- self-service laundry without charge. The gym is a nich in the wall, but I used it, it was ok. The internet in the room was terrible, very intermittent."

"Absolutely perfect 5-star stay at Encore Guangzhou Jiangnan West! As a businessman traveling with family, the airport pickup, central location, and nearby amenities were ideal. Front desk was friendly and efficient; rooms were spotless and service was thoughtful. We loved everything and will definitely return—highly recommend!"
