Excellent service!! Great Location!! I booked this hotel for my parents, very close to US Consulate(like 5 mins walk), there’re plenty of restaurants, shopping centers nearby. Also very easy transport from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. You may take metro instead of taxi. Super convenient. Their staffs are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

I would like to thanks Lina (Senior Sales Manager) for her warm welcome on the second day. Overall, Ascott would be still one of the best places for business stays. This time round I’ve tried for leisure but it didn’t fail in terms of convenience. Hotel was a little outdated as I believe they haven’t done a touch up in a long time, mini golf course wasn’t cared for, indoor swimming pool and gym an okay size. I could see some slightly warped tiles due to water in my room but nothing of great deal to me. TVs are kinda outdated but with a good range of channels.
