"Communication with the hotel is an issue. Before the trip, I texted the hotel twice. But without a response. I asked Expedia to contact the hotel. It ended up going nowhere since the person answered the phone had difficulty in another language. It is a little surprise for a major international chain."
"Room service took too much time at night. Taste good but cold."
Sheraton Xi'an North City Hotel
Sheraton Xi'an North City Hotel"The room and overall hotel was clean, they were not clear on the laundry service and we were charged a ridiculous amount for our laundry to be serviced. We simply asked for a gist of how long it would take in a certain time. And no communication was returned until our bill was expected. Almost $300."
"Excellent location, convenient food/shopping/leisure next door, very helpful staff, excellent breakfast."
InterContinental Xi'an North by IHG
InterContinental Xi'an North by IHG"Great location with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive, and they resolved any issues quickly. The hotel also offers a good variety of quality food options. The facilities are clean, and our room had a wonderful view of the city. There are a few areas that could be improved. The property is somewhat dated, so more frequent inspections and proactive maintenance would help identify and resolve issues before guests encounter them....
