"This was my second time staying at this place, the staff has always been super nice and attentive. Rooms are comfortable, although it would be great to have a full size mirror in there. And just a tad more space in the room so you can open the suitcase and still be able to walk around the bed. There were just a few things i wasnt so happy with at breakfast buffet, there were some chiped plates, as well as not so clean glasses, there were some day old pastries displayed and saw a couple of bugs...

"Clean and comfortable hotel for a one night's stay. It's a very small hotel without reception past 9pm. Everything was great with the room and I really appreciated the water and snacks available without charge. The only thing I found strange was that they were reluctant to let me in at any point before 3pm, I was waiting in the lobby at 230 and it seemed that only once the clock struck 3 would I be allowed in. I had an activity that afternoon and wasn't able to get in for the first time till 8....

"A very warm welcome at the ArtHotel when we arrived from the ferry - we’d requested a parking garage space for our bike and reception could not have been more helpful with advice about the locality and a town map. Our room was modern and very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent in terms of choice and also freshness & hygiene. We will definitely stay again. "Imagine a luxury hotel that was not upgraded or renovated for 20 years…. Rugs in the halls are begging to be changed. So called pillows I would not give my enemies! The bathroom facilities almost worked each with its own issue. But the worst thing that this 4 star hotel doesn’t have no coffee station or kettle provided. If you want to have tea in the evening you are out of luck. I wouldn’t recommend it"

"Overall this is a nice hotel. The thermal pool is excellent! The 40 euro spa is nice, but not worth 40 euros. Our air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived and they came within the hour to fix it. Fun fact: the hotel turns off the air conditioning from 0200 to 0600 ish, so if you wake up warm, that’s why. "
