"The best part of the stay was the view, which is possibly the best from any location to the east of the reservoir. Otherwise, do not expect much in the way of frills. The cabin was clean. The bed was not really comfortable and felt more like a sofa bed. The fireplace (with poorly-designed chimney) does not adequately exhaust smoke from the cabin. "El hotel me llamó 3 días antes de la fecha fe hospedaje y me cancelo, en sus políticas decía que pago en el alojamiento pero no era real la información porque tenia que pagar 15 días antes y no me avisaron con tiempo solo el avisaron para cancelar la reserva, el hotel me referencio a otro hotel donde pague el 50% y dos horas antes también me cancelaron la reserva, ya estaba a 40 minutos de llegar "

"I had a very nice stay at Hotel Engina in Bogotá. The staff was wonderful—super friendly, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. The facilities were clean and well maintained, and overall I felt very comfortable during my stay. One thing to keep in mind is the room's location. My room faced the main street, and there was quite a bit of traffic noise. It usually quieted down around 11:00 p.m., so if you are a light sleeper or like to go to bed early, I would definitely recommend requesting a room toward the back of the hotel, away from the main street. There were also a few small details that could be improved. The room came with only one small roll of toilet paper for two people, and there were no tissues, so we definitely needed more toilet paper. We also had to ask for the hand soap and body wash dispensers to be refilled because they were almost empty. It would also have been nice to have a few additional amenities, such as body lotion and a bath towel specifically for stepping out of the shower. Other than those small issues, we had a very pleasant experience. The staff's kindness and caring attitude really stood out and made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again, but next time I would request a room at the back of the hotel for a quieter night’s sleep."
