"We were provided with a very small room that was not suitable for two adults and two children. The washroom was also extremely small and uncomfortable, even for a single traveler. We noticed there were larger rooms available, but despite seeing that we were traveling with kids and clearly needed more space, no effort was made to accommodate us. Also, this property is more of a motel rather than a hotel, which was disappointing compared to what we expected. The breakfast options were very limited and mostly carb-based, with no proper protein choices such as eggs. It felt more suitable for children rather than a balanced breakfast for families or adults. Overall, we were not satisfied with our stay."

"The pictures on Expedia of this hotel do not look like the room I actually stayed in. I wanted a room with a desk for my husband to work at. Yes, there was a desk chair, but there was no desk anywhere in the room even though the picture of the room online specifically showed the chair sitting at a desk. When we spoke to the front desk person, we were told that was the only room available. I would also note there were no bedside tables, no bedside lights, and no headboard on the bed. The room was clean but we would not choose to stay here again. I feel the pictures were very misleading about the type of hotel we were choosing to stay at."

"Excellent decor, lighting and ambiance in lobby. Excellent food both in breakfast area and restaurant. Excellent staff throughout. Room was spacious, nicely furnished and well lit. Pool area in central courtyard REALLY needs work. Cement floor is very visibly worn, plants are sparse and a little anemic, pool itself needs updating, all of which results in a large focal point space that is uninviting. Then there is the powerful odor of chlorine that wafts into your nose the minute you enter the area, yuk! Decor in the restaurant needs updating, ugly color scheme, harsh lighting, needs to be softened."
