Not a 4 star maybe 1 or 2 Everything needs repair Old beds rusty and Moldy bathroom Had ants crawling everywhere They shut the air conditioning and water at 9 pm Breakfast also is very limited

The staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast and good restaurant (simple and genuine) The room is very clean but a bit decadent as furniture, uncomfortable mattress (needs to be renewed). Absolutely good value for money.

Rated as 4* which it definitely isn’t! Air conditioning was a portable air con unit in room with tubing vent going out of open window, pointless really!

Dear Guest, thank you for your review. unfortunately during your stay we had an heavy damage on our engine air conditioning, we had to substitute with portable air conditioning.

Hotel is close to Villa d'Este
We stopped of here so that we could visit the Villa d'Este, which is only 5 mins away. Hotel looks great, Emperor Hadrian might well like to stay there! Lots of parking, check in was easy. Room for 4 people was more like a suite. Our room needed proper curtains or blinds. We only had some drapes which did not cover the window. Had to peg them together to cut out the morning light a bit. Bathroom was good although there was a bit of mould in the shower. Cleaners could have scrubbed it off, would only have taken a minute. We ate at "Da Totorello" in the evening, 6 mins away. very good.

OK hotel 10 minutes away from Tivoli
Decent condition and a good breakfast save this place. It was very quiet located in a surburban neighborhood with decent restaurants nearby. Front desk staff were helpful. It had the smallest shower I have ever seen, and they give you a microscopic sliver of soap. Good luck reaching your feet. Tiny TV, room safe did not work, and the hotel seemed to need a bit of upkeep.

Hotel staff was very personable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Nice pool and grounds, however even in the summer the pool water was cold Overall good experience

Good reasonably priced hotel
Close to Tivoli and easy to find but more reasonable in price than alternatives near the villas. This seems to be more of a business hotel with on-site parking and a restaurant. Breakfast was good but not as much choice as some others we've been to. Room and bathroom were large enough and very nice and helpful staff at the reception desk. Everything was clean and well maintained. Wifi was not good in the room and you had to find a certain spot in the lobby where it was excellent.

Sono già stata in passato in quest'hotel ma la qualità è decisamente scaduta, camere con pavimenti sporchi, tende blackout striminzite che non riparano la luce, copriletto di casa senza nessun gerene di tappezzeria cordinata, colazione scarsa consistente in mini cornetti bruciati, una crostata e una ciabella, il salato consistente in prosciutto cotto, formaggio e uova sode, il tutto in una saletta separata dalla sala colazione di 3m x 3 m che in più di 2 persone per volta non ci stai, devi aspettare che chi è davanti al buffet esca per poterti servire. Il ristorante non è più interno ma convenzionato all'esterno.

Buonasera, Ci spiace notare che sia stata male presso la nostra struttura e ha notato un calo. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante abbiamo un ristorante sempre di nostra gestione che la domenica consigliamo perche la domenica sera siamo al momento chiusi. Abbiamo come sempre il ristorante interno. Ci spiace constatare che non abbiate apprezzato la suite piuttosto che la tripla standard con l'altra prenotazione. sicuramente un hotel non di 4 stelle. ho pernottato una notte presso la struttura , e sicuramente sarà anche l'ultima. E' inaccettabile organizzare feste con musica ad altissimo volume fino a mezzanotte e non permettere hai clienti di dormire. Camera non all'altezza cosi come la colazione

Buon Hotel in posizione strategica per visitare Tivoli e/o Villa Adriana. Pulizia discreta, in caso di necessità siamo stati spostati in una stanza di livello superiore senza costi aggiuntivi. Colazione buona con opportunità di scelta.

DIsaster con musica
Camere del tutto da rivedere. Al momento dell arrivo mi è stato detto che la sala ristorante sarebbe stata occupata per una festa di compleanno, con annesso Karaoke e Dj. Mi hanno assegnato una camera al primo piano all interno della quale era impossibile non sentire il frastuono della festa. Bisognerebbe fare delle scelte. Hotel o Ristorante per feste?? e sopratutto mettere a preventivo che gli ospiti dovrebbero essere spostati più lontano possibile dal frastuono. I posteggi erano occupati per lo più dai commensali invitati alla festa e ho dovuto parcheggiare l auto in strada. Anche qui nessuna organizzazione. Oltretutto l epoca realizzata non da nessun comfort acustico. tutto altro. ho chiesto di cambiare camera e mi sono dovuto occupare di farlo di persona. senza essere accompagnato. la camera affidata al terzo piano ha attenuato un pò il livello di rumore. Peccato però che l accensione luci posto sulla porta di ingresso non funziona e quindi sono dovuto andare a caccia della luce del letto attraverso la torcia del telefono. Colazione. Ho atteso 20 minuti durante i quali ho fatto colazione senza che nessuno mi chiedesse se volevo un caffè o altro. alla fine non ho preso nessuna bevanda calda e ho cercato di uscire dall hotel quanto prima per non tornarci più.

Excelente voltaria
O hotel é moderno. Limpo. Em boa localização pra quem vai andar de trem. O banheiro foi o melhor que encontrei na Europa, e olha que fiquei 20 dias, cada dia em um hotel. Espaçoso, boa ducha, e limpinho, moderno tbm.

week end seconda metà di gennaio ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità. il televisore non funzionava ed il personale si è offerto subito di cambiarci camera. Il sabato sera c'è stata anche animazione in hotel a cena tramite musica dal vivo.

Een prima hotel, professioneel personeel, wel een beetje kort van stof! De kamer was goed, lastiger was het feit dat in de 3 dagen dat wij er verbleven. 2 keer een meisjes feestje voor een 18 jarige was, en daarna een disco voor de buurt jeugd. Niet helemaal wat je verwacht in een 4 sterren hotel. Deze disco was naar zeggen ieder weekend. Als je gaat, ga door de week of vraag eerst wat de feest plannen in het weekend zijn. Dan is het een prima hotel.
