This was the second time we have stayed at the EST building. It's super well located, convenient to the trains and some awesome kedai in Brickfields. The amenities are great and the rooms are well laid out. Team running this apartment were well organised and professional. Would stay again.

Studio room.

I was a bit concerned prior to check in as I’d travelled a long distance and had no information re check in process. Was advised no concierge. Was relieved when I arrived and there was a receptionist who called the person I needed to speak to. Straightforward from then on. Room was nice. Clean and modern. Room could be improved by having a full length mirror. I was told this had previously been requested but still not provided. Would have liked a hairdryer. Also, couldn’t get the TV to work. A handrail to help climb the steep steps to the loft bed would have also been helpful.

Wifi wasn’t working when we arrived because the property manager hadn’t paid the wifi bill. Bidet was leaking in the toilet and no hand soap provided in the toilet. These should be checked between a guest leaving the next guest arriving.

Needs a complete renovation

The apartment condition has nothing to do with the pictures. Bath and bed sheets were clean but the walls need a painting from time ago, the sofas are very dirt (I had to put a towel to sit on them). Abosulte zero decoration which makes the apartment disapointing. It needs a total renewal. The washing machine does not work. the irin table is dirt and the cover is broken.

Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Wir würden nicht nochmals hier hingehen. Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof ist nicht so hilfreich, da man hauptsächlich mit „Grab“ so etwas wie Uber unterwegs ist. Auch vom Flughafen waren wir mit Grab günstiger als mit dem Zug. Der Ausblick aus dem 32 Stock war ganz cool, nicht Richtung towers aber dennoch cool. Die Kontaktdame war sehr nett erinnerte alles aber etwas an Airbnb - da keine rezeption usw. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Alles in allem für 1-2 Nächte okay

Ammenties privided in the service apartment Is adequate enough for clients stay for short Periods. The staircase leading to the bedroom is really inconvenient for guests to go on. Otherwise I would overall give an excellent rate especially the location is really excellent and accessible to all major points in Kaula Lampur.

本次訂房是透過訂房網站購買，結帳時顯示4晚房價與服務費共2筆費用的總金額，待付款完畢，劃面卻出現視窗顯示住宿時還必需繳交清潔費用！心裡想怎麼會這樣呢？入住當天，房東真的也收取了馬幣15元/天，我想合理的費用支出是沒有問題的，但是不懂訂房網站為什麼會欺瞞消費者，不讓我再結帳前清楚知道消費總金額！另外，在此住宿5天清潔人員未曾做過房間清潔，但房東收了清潔相關費用。

Great for family

Check in and out was very easy. Staff were so friendly and accommodating plus the room itself is cozy for my family. Just the fees that were incurred, 60 for the cleaning fee which they collect to clean the room after you stay and not during. and RM 100 just for the parking fee. But overall, its a very great stay.

Nice architecture with practical and nice amenities. Location is quite good as it is walkable distance from to Bangar LRT station. However, would be much better if surroundings have a bit more eateries or shops.

ここは、オーナー次第なんでしょうが、たった1時間でもチェックインを早くしようと思うとお金を請求してくる。 掃除代と言って60リンギット取られる。 場所も微妙。 駅周辺なんもない。 部屋は値段の割にはいい！！ 友達に渡す物を、時間が合わなくて、会えそうになくて、レセプションへ預けたら、まさかの5リンギット取られた。 もう泊まることはない。

非常好

房間空間感很大，3個成年人住也會覺得很寬敞。家具和廚房用具大部分都新的，父母也很滿意。由於接近小印度的關係，在露台會聞到咖哩的味道，不過不開窗就聞不到。整體來說環境是很不錯的

Looks like shown on photo. However booking thru' expedia, it doesnt have a front desk. Additional 60RM cleaning Charges to be paid in cash only. Promise that the place will be clean up once during the stay. Nobody turn up. Property is located near nowhere. If you groceries, drink or food must take taxi or grab. Not walking distance. Will never come back to this place

Beware of Parking Fees

If you are driving, don't stay there. The parking charges are ridiculous. On 1 day I had to spend rm50 - 60 on parking charges alone. That's because they charge you per entry and if you have a car which guest will not use it multiple times during their stay. The check-in was wishy-washy. There's no check-in counter. You have to look for the coordinator hanging around the lobby. It's more like dealing with kereta-jaga (illegal parking attendants) boys. Guess it's a BNB thing. The furnishings were OK but you sleep up a loft reached with a narrow steep staircase. Unless there is a change in their parking charges, I will not be going there again.Hotels.com should stop putting up BNB places on their site.
