"The property was beautiful and offered great views and even had a small private pool. The space was welcoming and large, perfect for a small family! We do recommend the resort, especially during hot months, to have the AC units serviced appropriately as there aren’t many close dining options so most meals are prepared in the home, and no AC in the kitchen was miserably hot. We did have a difficult time after check in to get in touch with the resort to arrange transportation in a timely manner....

"Very cool place to stay. Very few minor issues, communication was great. Any real issue we had was not reflective on the property, if you ever drove in Jamaica roads are a little bit rough and the one going up to the property is a little rough but not impossible by any means. The view is amazing the place is clean and the AC in the bedroom works amazing. We had an issue with the gas for the stove, but that might have been more of a user issue than anything else. Everything else worked out fine."

Top Guilsbro Hotel Reviews

Excellence Oyster Bay - Adults Only All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"Was a decent time, though the restaurants are only first come first serve and it gets packed. You either need to go at 6:30p or 9p or you’ll be waiting by the door for an hour. Also, the staff was a mix bag. There were some really attentive people and some who couldn’t be bothered to be …well, bothered. I witnessed someone break a glass and the person who cleaned it only picked up the big pieces and left the rest. It being by the pool, people walking around with no shoes were at risk. It was attention to detail that was lacking a bit. One thing I was RAVE about is the spa. That was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! The whole experience was incredible end to end."

Hotel Riu Reggae - Adults Only - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"Room was cleaned and of course the unlimited Alcohol. But, the food was decent and I had to ask for someone to come bring something to the room and refill the mini bar more than 3 times before they actually came. For an All inclusive and price, I expected more."

Hotel 39 Jamaica

10/10 Excellent

"This property had been my go to hotel for years when it was known as the Wexford hotel. I was eager to return and see the changes that was made after the renovations. The lobby grabs you as a very relaxed area to relax, they have checker boards for the ones who want to play or to learn. Clean facility the rooms as per different standards in size. Comfortable bed, The staff , they are what makes people like me want to return there. Polite, pleasant and very welcoming. From receptionist to the maids to the waitresses. The breakfast included is great, the portion very filling. Location is very convenient, many restaurants close by. Have a parking area at front of the building and from what I noticed there is more parking spots at the back of the building. There is work ongoing on the property. Very huge property. The infinity pool atop the roof with a great view . This property is worth checking out."
