"The room wasn’t impressive. Booked a junior suite, furniture and feel of the room gave antique. It was a long walk to the activities. Breakfast is not offered complimentary as part of room service and the menu is very limited for room service. No iron available in your room, so pack accordingly, as only steamers are available complimentary. Someone stole our expensive sunglasses at the pool and security was a joke. No follow up calls received after filing a report. Overall, the service is lacking in all aspects but aesthetically it’s a nice resort. "

"Overall it was a great experience. I would give it a solid 8/10. Buffet menu was limited, add more activities at the resort for adults, limited restaurants in resort. Staff was excellent, resort was clean, pool was kid friendly. "

"The dining staff and jamaican breakfast has been fantastic each morning. The hotel staff as a whole have been great. My only negative is the hotel rooms have a lot of snags that need recrefying and updating."

"The staff at the resort were very nice and welcoming, which was appreciated. However, the overall experience fell short in several areas. Our room was not as clean as expected, specifically, the shower was still dirty upon arrival. It’s also worth noting that the hotel does not provide an airport shuttle, which can be inconvenient for travelers. The pools were just okay, and the water park had very limited hours. It didn’t open until 10 AM one day and 11 AM on another, and it closes at 5 PM. This left many kids waiting around with little to do, which was frustrating. Overall, while the staff was pleasant, the cleanliness and limited amenities made the stay disappointing. "

"Check-in took a bit longer than expected, small little mishap with my room but it was resolve immediately. I must say eveything else was PERFECT! The property was clean, my room was beautiful and clean, the staff were amazing everyone was so friendly. The daily food of choice was always on point. The drinks could be a little stronger but overall I had an amazing time at the S hotel and would go back there every single time and would definitely recommend it to others. Big thanks to the entire staff u guys rock!! "
