"The room was fantastic - big and the bathroom/shower was perfect, really felt like a 5 star hotel room. I stayed in 5 hotels on my trip to the phillipines, and the breakfast here was the best of all - really good food. Also ordered dinner one evening and the pasta was great. "

"We stayed at the zuri for 12 nights and every one of those nights were wonderful! Firstly Iloilo is an amazing city full of friendly people, and the staff were no exception. Nothing was too much hassle and full of smiles and happy attitudes. We requested a few things from the front desk and they ladies were super happy to help. The room was nice, big comfy bed and a great shower and aircon, the pool area gives a fantastic view of the city and has a great bar with cocktails and snacks. All in all it’s a great place and we had a fab holiday, thanks Zuri! "

"Well-cleaned, excellent and quick service, good breakfast (wish there were more vegetarian options but it's the Philippines so expected). Unfortunately quite a few insects got in, like previous reviews have mentioned. And the location could be a bit better but that wasn't a big deal."
