"The full charge (268 CNY) was deducted (or closed) from my credit card when the booking was confirmed. When we have arrived I had to pay additional 500! When I wanted to clerify with the stuff why, they refused to talk to me, just talked with my girlfriend (she is Chinese). 10 minutes later I went back to the cashier to ask again. Then suddenly somebody was able to speak English... I have no idea whether I will got my money back or not... Anyway the room was so-so, maybe 10 years ago it was nice...
