"Check-in/out was super easy. I rented 2 suites and key was not working for one of them. Front desk upgraded us at no charge so I can have my Senior parents close by! Staff was amazing and attentive to all of our needs at all times! Suites were clean, spacious and comfortable! Heated pools were amazing! Loved that parking was free & poperty very quiet at night. Close to all attractions and there was a free shuttle to most parks. Would definitely stay there on our next trip to Florida! 🌴 🌞 "

"It’s our fifth time here and always it’s just great. Easy for Miami, central location but quiet. Pool areas could do with an upgrade but otherwise fabulous beach restaurant , good size rooms well sound proofed and pleasant service from everyone. We will be back soon . "
