"The electricity didn’t work in 2 rooms they placed us in. The last room had severe water damage and mold. Curtains were nasty and nothing was dusted or cleaned"

"Most casino staff were very helpful, but it was very difficult to get items delivered to the room. So if you use Instacart or Uber Eats be prepared to trek across the resort to get your stuff. They are not accommodating to late check out requests unless you’re a gambler. I’m a Unity member and stay at HRH properties often, but that’s not enough. We stayed twice in one week. Once at guitar hotel and once on casino side. Casino side room had a really nice bathtub, but guitar side did not. "

"Only disappointment was the automated system telling me hotel did not provide shuttle when they do from the Brightline Station. I had to get an Uber because it would not let me speak to a human. Other than that the stay itself was amazing."

"The hotel is really cute. Thrown off for a second due the McDonalds being in front of it but once there all was good. The location is great for a concert at the casino. Have a shuttle that runs you over which was awesome. Hd a drink and delicious sushi roll at G7. The Breakfast next morning was perfect. Would definitely stay again."

"Staff was excellent. Check-in was very professional and friendly. However, the lamp shade in my room was cracked and there was hair on the bathroom sink. The room has a smell of mildew and the floor gets damp for no reason. I mean the entire floor! This was thoughout the whole room. It would be damp and sticky and then it dries. Not sure if it was from the AC but it was strange. Room reminds me of a prison cell. The lobby smells really good though."
