10/10 Excellent

"Clean room. Great interior. Large TV. Easy and quick check in process. Very satisfied stay"

Aroma Hotel

8/10 Good

"Originally put as 5 star rating but then bumped down to a 4 star upon checkout. During checkout there was no one to be found, because I had a question to ask, if there was a car parking near by for the hotel for next time I stay I can drive instead of take subway. I won’t be staying again because no one was there to ask simple question, even knocking on their door, no one came out. I see on checkout there is a basket to put room keys, I was never given a room key only a code to enter the room. I had a question about that also. My suggestion to them is to have people always at the front desk during checkout hours to help people check out easier and answer any questions"

"The room we stayed was clean. We arrived at the hotel 12 noon and we were glad the front desk accommodated us for an early check in considering it was raining and breezy outside. Also satisfied with the daily breakfast. We had balance meals from the selection in the buffet."
