Excellent stay, will definitely go there again. Room cleaning and towel change could be accesed everyday and its in a quiet are with nearby convenience stores. The room was shockingly beautiful and everything clean

처음 이용이었는데 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 숙소에 인덕션과 전자렌지까지 있어서 편리했구요, 세탁기도 사용이 무료라 좋았습니다. 침대도 쿠션이 단단한 느낌이라 잠자리도 편안했습니다. 토요코인과 하이서울유스호스텔을 주로 이용했었는데 거기보다 시설이 더 좋은것 같습니다. 독산역과 가까와서 교통편도 좋은편 이었습니다.

Excellent Stay – Spotless, Quiet, and Exceptional Service As an experienced traveler, I can confidently say this hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was absolutely spotless, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and quiet—perfect for a restful stay. The location is also ideal, with easy access to everything I needed. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special thanks to the front desk staff who went above and beyond when I couldn’t get a cab for over 40 minutes and had to return to the hotel. She kindly used her own taxi app to call one for me, which made all the difference. Highly recommended. I'd gladly stay here again!

The place looks great and very clean. I like that there’s staff present on site. We had trouble with our AC shutting off on its own. They moved us next door and everything was fine afterwards. Check out on time or they’ll charge you late fees.

좋았어요

전체적인 만족도는 좋았습니다. 욕실에 큰 타월에 머리카락이 붙어있던 것만 빼면요~ 안 빨았았거나 제대로 확인을 안했거나 둘 중에 하나겠죠ㅜ 그치만 긴 머리카락이어서 수건 접을 때라도 보셨을텐데 이상하네요.. 그래서 별 하나 뺐어요. 그 외에는 좋았습니다.

처음 예약 후 메일로 안내받을 땐 호텔 주차장이 협소하다는 식으로 받아서, 자리는 얼마 없지만 일찍 오면 주차는 가능하다는 걸로 이해했습니다. 하지만 그 후 당일에 카톡으로는 '내부 주차 불가'라며 근처 공영주차장을 안내하더라구요. 공영주차장에서 호텔까지는 도보 15분이고 언덕길이 많아 짐을 들고 가기 힘들었습니다. 하지만 호텔 도착하니 실외주차장도 적지만 있었고, 지하주차장은 텅 비어 있었습니다. 호텔 측 잘못된 안내로 다시 차를 호텔로 옮기느라 걸린 시간, 공영주차장까지 왔다갔다한 시간과 비용에 대해서는 보상받지 못해서 아쉬웠습니다. 방 자체는 넓고 깨끗합니다. 1층 라운지에 공용주방(인덕션,전자레인지 등)이 있습니다.

最寄りの地下鉄が1番線なのでソウル中心地まで便利な位置にあります。ただし、最寄り駅から歩いて10分程度かかるので少し交通の便へ悪いです。バスだと1分程度で着くので、駅とホテルの最寄りバス停まで利用していました。ホテルの近くにコンビニが2ヶ所あり利用していました。チェックインアウトは自動精算機で無人でできるので便利でした。無料の洗濯機、乾燥機は2階から5階にありましたが、洗剤は持参が必要でした。wowopassもエントランスにあり便利でした。部屋の冷蔵庫には飲料水のペットボトルがあり水が飲めたのがよかったです。部屋も綺麗でベッドもフカフカで総合的に良いホテルでした。
