"The criuise we are on is the Amanda Deluxe
Cruise.
The Good - the staffs are friendly and always served with a smile. I'd like to praise our tour manager Ariel specially for her professionalism. She lost her cellphone while trying to keep guest from falling off the bamboo boat. She continued to serve with a smile despite losing a phone that could cost her a month's salary plus vital informations that may not be recoverable.
The bad - the dinner was good. However the French-style portions are...

"Das Schiff und die Kabinen sind groß und in Ordnung, die Einrichtung ist aber auch schon etwas abgenutzt. Der Anspruch entspricht überhaupt nicht dem Preis (2 ÜN mehr als 700 Euro) und der Leistung. Das erste Mittagsbüffet war noch die beste Mahlzeit. Furchtbar waren die beiden abendlichen sogenannten Menüs: kaum Geschmack und durchwachsenes Rindfleisch als "Steak".
