condition feels tired
Service is good. But the place is feeling tired, and kind of out of date with not really well designed rooms with average material finish.

Average Hotel
Lobby was stuffy, seem like the A/C had broken down. Main entrance was left open. Room is clean and spacious. Gym was a joke. Just 4 pieces of equipment thrown together with all the hotel store. Could not visit the pool as it was locked with a notice stating opening hours 10am-6pm.

Honest review.
Avoid! Overall the hotel was very dirty, smelly and unfinished. Food was awful. Hotel is definitely overrated and needs urgent renovation.

하롱입구 초입에 있는 호텔입니다. 뒤쪽으로 마켓이 있고 호텔근처에 식당이 많아서 좋았습니다. 객실은 크기가 크고 좋았지만 수영장은 관리되지 않아서 매우 더러웠고 관리인도 없었으며 타올은 객실에서 가져와야했습니다. 아침조식은 훌륭했습니다. 위치는 하롱입구호텔들보다 하롱파크쪽이 훨씬좋습니다.

コスパが良いホテル
宿泊費の割に豪華なホテルでした。Deluxe King, Ocean View で予約しましたが、無料でコーナースイートにアップグレードしてくれました。1泊しかしていませんが日本人には会いませんでした。シャワーや洗面のお湯の出は文句がありません。WiFiのスピードも問題ないと思います。日本のテレビは他のベトナムのホテルも同じでしたがNHKワールドしか入りません。 残念な点は2点。1つは部屋のカーペットのシミが多い気がします。もう1つはマナーが悪い国のツアー客が多く、朝食会場では大声で話しながら料理をつまんでから自分の皿に取っているようなことが目に付いたことです。友人が泊まった部屋の隣の部屋では夜中に部屋のドアを開けたまま向かいの部屋と大声でしゃべっていたそうです。

For the problems of carpet, we are seriously take it into considering and plan to renovate in 2017. Besides, for the noise that you heard from other guests, we will pay more attention to this problem and would arrange well guests by nationality for a more comfortable stay (different floor and wall for different nationality…).
