"Seems like a newly established hotel, where they are still trying to figure out how to run it. The facilities and rooms are fine, but little things are missing like tea/coffee in the room, handsoap in the bathroom etc. Good location on the edge of Had Rin."

"This place was the private Villa and quiet beach that we needed. If you want the hustle and busy bustle Koh Samui has to offer, this isn’t it. Great included breakfast each morning and the staff was very accommodating for anything we, our child, and my parents needed, including transportation. "

"Fantastic property in a great location right on the beach. The staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble, friendly and professional. Rooms are nice and clean with comfortable beds. Restaurant is great, good range of amazing food options great cocktails. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great value family holiday. "
"I had a great stay at this property, i highly recommend it. The staff is great, especially Natalia at the front desk. She is a great front desk person, i onow as ive been in the industry. Also the guys at the tiki bar. One small complaint, i booked day by day. The gm raised my rate by $6.A d i had a friend stay 2 nights from koh samui. I never asked for room cleaning, hit the tiki bar daily and ate there a couple times. No need to loose a customer over $6. Overall, peaceful, awesome stay."
"Great location and setting. 30 seconds and you are on the beach and then 5-10 mins you can get to head rin beach for the full moon party experience. Breakfast was good and the pool was excellent. Lack of sun loungers but still very nice.
