"The hotel is beautiful. The pool looking onto the beach is stunning. Reception staff are super friendly. Not great for solo travellers if you want a really social vibe and to meet people with activities etc, there is one dorm. The hotel hosts large groups of young travellers. Its sometimes feels like they take over the hotel. They have BBQs, quizzes, parties etc and the rest of the hotel is excluded. Great place to chill."

"Ignore the old reviews- this place has had a makeover and for the price, it’s excellent. You can’t get closer to the beach, the area is quiet but still with enough shops/ cafes and restaurants. Good air con, hot shower with good temperature, clean bedding and room. We stayed here for two nights over new years to head to the FMP, it was about 300 baht ew pp for a taxi there and also about 300 baht pp to the pier - but it’s much nicer than staying in Haad Rin if you’re a couple.
