"Unfortunately after being a return customer over the last 10 years, as a animal lover I will NOT be returning to Golden Hill due to terrible and inhumane living conditions for a very lovely and friendly dog that is locked in a cage with nothing more than its own feces. It is locked up 24/7 and it’s clearly in desperate need of the simple things all animals deserve. The cage is near the entrance to the resort and customers have to drive past a clearly frustrated and distressed dog daily that...

"The pool was just disgusting, you couldn't see the bottom from above. Nobody was swimming while I was there (5 days). Talked to one staff guy but nothing happened. Room had a strange smell, too. Changed the room once, was good in the other one. The beach in front of the resort is not good but other good beache are close. The personell on the other side is very friendly and helpful."

"The staff was rude and not welcoming at all. They made us feel so uncomfortable that only stayed 1 night and changed hotel for the rest of our stay on the island. Even for breakfast I arrived at 10.01 and they refused to serve because kitchen was closing at 10am. On top of that, the pictures looks much nicer than reality (dirty pool, no real beach behind..) I do not recommend at all this hotel."
