The spa services were also excellent and very relaxing, adding an extra layer of comfort to the stay. Laundry service was fast, convenient, and handled with care, which was especially appreciated. Overall, the hospitality here is outstanding. You can really feel that the entire team cares about guest comfort. "It’s hard to fault this place. This hotel has one of the best locations in Hanoi: directly facing the lake, plus the best of both worlds between the Old Town and the French Quarter. On arrival, you are met with a very warm welcome. No queueing up at a reception desk here. The staff come to meet you. I didn’t see the other rooms, but the junior suite was excellent. Elegant decor, large comfortable bed, and a small balcony with a view of trees and the lake. No walk-in shower though; my room had a deep bathtub. Breakfast is served on the top floor restaurant, with a good array of buffet choices as well as food cooked to order. There’s a panoramic view of the city too. Finally, if you want to end your day with a cocktail, there’s a small but attractive roof terrace bar. You can’t go wrong with this hotel. Just book it. "

"The room that we stayed was very spacious and neat. The staffs were very helpful. They were always available when we needed assistance. The breakfast had a lot of healthy choices. The location of the hotel is also great. I noticed in Hanoi, some streets are one-way streets that would make it hard for taxi drivers for pickup and drop off. This hotel locates on a two way street. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back when I go to Hanoi on my next trip."
