Foyer very pleasant and modern but the rooms, in particular, the bathroom is extremely dated. The pillows were hard, lumpy and uncomfortable.

Huge spacious room for us, comfortable beds, complimentary ramen supper at 10pm (haha). 2 things fell short - the thermostat in the room cannot do much, the shower control of hot/cold/warm water is really non-functioning (only very hot or very cold). Fix/maintain these and it will be a gem to stay.

令和の今、この通信環境はマズイかと。 ネット、電波弱い、繋がらない、遅い。 15時前、チェックイン待ち時間に、近所の函館らしい店を尋ねたところ、観光案内地図をくださり、行きやすいラッキーピエロ、海鮮等を次々と書き込んでくださいました。おかげで、美味しいものを食べられました。

グレードアップ（セミダブル→セミダブルベッドのツインで室内も広く快適だった）していただいたが、ベッド頭側の台のホコリがかなり溜まっており、余りの汚さに水拭きし、しばらく使われていなかったと思われる部屋だったので、ベッド全体のホコリをホロってから使用した。宿泊は快適で、スタッフの対応も心地よかったが、台のホコリは残念だった。

もし観光でこのホテルを泊まりに来るとして、最安値の部屋で喫煙部屋であるならビジネスホテルレベルであることを抑えておきましょう！ 換気は無いしエアコンも無いし暖房は０100の温度調節なのでかなり不便でした。
