全体的に満足

ドミトリーに宿泊。他の宿泊客が居なかったので10畳ほどのスペースに貸切状態なので快適だった。部屋は清潔。夜は静かでテレビもないためお風呂に入るくらいしかすることがない。風呂は広くないがお湯は良い。少し白っぽい硫黄分の多い感じ。Wi-Fiはあるが速度は遅かった。食事は当日頼んだが、釜飯を部屋に運んでくれた。貸切状態なので満足したが、他に人がいるときは微妙かもしれない。

急に温泉に入りたく泉質で選びました。 わかりにくい場所ですが宿の方の丁寧で気さくな案内でスムースに辿りつけました。 浴室は大きくはないですがまた利用させて頂きたいと思います。 露天風呂は有料貸切でなく、有料貸切優先とかでそれ以外は無料で入替制にしてもらえるとより良いかと思いました。

Very nice hotel providing a quiet respite for us city dwellers. Hot spring bath every morning and night left us fresh and warm. Breakfast and dinner are sumptuous and nicely presented, reasonably priced. Friendly staff and courteous manager. The manager send and pick us up to and from station everyday. Save us a lot of time and energy. Email or call them from the Sounzan station for pick up especially when you arrive after dark, the route down the hill to the hotel is very quiet. Room is spacious and comfy.

The place is a bit hard to find if you plan to go yourself, but you can call the staff to pick you up and send you to the Sounsan station. Staff is really friendly. The room is nice. The onsen is a good experience. I'll return to stay here again.

I used the shared dormitory plan. The dorm was a largish room that was separated in the middle by gender/group, each half was 12 tatamis in size. It was far (and uphill) from Gora station, if you came with large suitcases and/or after dark, ask the hostel for a ride—the place provides free shuttle to/from Gora or Sounzan station The place was comfortable and clean, but you’ll need to bring your own towel and oral hygiene products for the dorm plan. Also the staff is really kind and nice, highly recommended for budget travelers

The staff and service are awesome. This hotel is old and far from train, bus station. Every time you want to go to other place, you need to ask the staff to drive you to the train station. This hotel is good for people who want a retreat as it is in a remote area. It is quite and beautiful, surrounded by trees, mountain... There is natutal hotspring with beautiful view with a very small fee (150 yen). The only thing is this hotel is a little old. It is clean but there is odor.

I loved my stay here. Great ryokan experience with friendly helpful staff, the food was tasty, the outside private onsen was delightful. It's a bit further outside of the town than expected but they have a shuttle service that will pick you up and drop you off. The facilities are dated but well kept and clean.

有名観光地、箱根強羅に有るにもかかわらず安価に宿泊出来ました。 温泉に入ると体が良く温まり連続で８時間も眠ることが出来ました。 自宅で眠るときには、日常生活のストレスからか途中で目が覚めることが殆どですが、８時間連続で眠れてストレスを解消出来ました。

子供との春休み小旅行として利用しました。価格がお高い箱根界隈ですが、価格と設備、食事のバランスがよく、満足できました。夕食、朝食とも和室のお部屋でいただく旅館スタイルです。 3月はまだ冬季という事で露天風呂はやっておらず残念でしたが、部屋の窓からの眺望がよく、部屋の広さも良かったです。 日本酒の利き酒セットはどれも美味しかった。おすすめです。

安価で泊まれる温泉付き宿泊施設です

久々に温泉に入ったところ熟睡出来ました。 安く宿泊出来て、熟睡で来て体調が良くなりました。 普段は眠るのに苦労するのですが、さすが箱根の温泉だけあっていつの間にか眠りについてしまいました。

Amazing Traditional Roykan and Onsen

Beautiful traditions Roykan and Onsen set in the perfect area of Hakone. The owner and staff are SO kind and want to go above and beyond. She will even drive you to the station close by. Everything was perfect.

More than expected

More than expected for the price we paid. Service was 5 star all the way. The place is a little old, but kept clean and was comfortable. Onsen water was hot and relaxing. The meals were delicious. We were a little worried about this place, as I could not find much for reviews or information. We were blown away. Service was top notch, every time we asked for something they went above and beyond. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice clean and cozy hotel The smell of the room reminds me of hot spring water, and I really like it! The location is hard to find so please call the host in advance, she will pick you up for free from the station. Dinner was ok but the breakfast was great!
