"Incredible staff and well designed space."

"初めて利用しましたが、全体的に清掃が行き届いており、部屋付きのお風呂も素晴らしかったです。 何より夕食・夜食・朝食すべて素晴らしかったです。 サービス面でも細かい配慮をしていただいてありがたかったです。"

"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area!"

"Beautiful property, great view, very nice and helpful staff, good price as well."

"The onsens and meals were very nice. It was an excellent experience of staying in a traditional ryokan. A bit of a hike if you walk up the to the ryokan from the train station and taxis are practically not present, luckily you can leave your luggage at the ryokan before check in and go explore the town"

"Very clean and modern, in a great location for the Hakone loop. The beds are VERY uncomfortable- both the futons and the single beds which are soooo noisy it’s impossible to sleep because every time you breathe they creak. Apart from the very poor sleep, this place had everything you needed with a well stocked kitchen and nice bathroom."

"Good location and good food"

"The Onsen was great. They worked very hard to provide vegetarian food for us. Not as efficient as the other hotels we stayed in about shipping luggage."

"Loved this hotel. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10 would recommend."

"Our ryokan stay was a highlight of our once-in-a-lifetime visit to Japan. The whole property was gorgeous and elegant and the staff were exceptionally friendly, even coming to pick us up after a sightseeing excursion. The onsens, both private and public/outdoor, were amazing and the multi-course dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Highly recommend this stay for a rewarding, authentically Japanese experience."

"The private onsen was absolutely lovely."
