Quite centrally located hotel, easily accessible to the Hakone station. People who have travel google maps, easy to easy many other location including the stop for Hakune cruise. Slightly disappointment that i coudl not join the Onsen (thermal bath) as i had small tattoes on my hands, though, my family enjoyed. If the hotel can have daily change in the breakfast & dinner (half board package) menu, will help. On the positive front, people who love drinking i.e. beers, sake, wine etc this the place

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
A modest hotel on the top of the hill near Hakone
The hotel was comfortable, the staff helpful, the food plentiful and tasty (dinner and breakfast buffets are included). It was lovely eating dinner in my robe like the rest of the visitors. The two downfalls are that wifi is only in the main lobby (albeit free), and the hotel I'd very much dated, as though I was staying st by grandmother's place. I still had a lovely stay, and the price was very affordable, so all in all it was worth it.
