"Not bad for the price. The hotel had some great amenities, the best one being the shuttle. It came at frequent intervals and was never full. Their lobby is well maintained and the indoor pool felt relaxing with all the trees around it. The Family Mart in the lobby was also a bonus. However, the rooms are very dated and smelled old. The airconditioning was a problem. We had 3 rooms right next to each other and the a/c was not working properly. It was so warm and stuffy even after leaving it on...

"It’s a little far from Makuhari Messe, so I took a taxi there during Tokyo Game Show. The staff were very friendly and kind. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable. Overall great stay, would recommend. "
