A good rest before a long flight.

We only stayed one night. To take our flight the next day, but the hotel was excellent, cozy, good service, complementary breakfast, and at a very good price

Great choice

Stayed for 2 nights, great budget hotel. Staff were super friendly and helped us with anything we asked. Breakfast was simple but filling, a very clean eating area as well. Always providing water and tea and coffee was a nice touch. Wifi was great. Location was amazing, right across from the train station.

It was an ordinal business hotel room with very tidy and clean bathroom. Reception was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed free breakfast,too.

The staff were all friendly and very kind and helpful. I was surprised at how wonderful the breakfast was, and at the variety of food available. Especially considering it is included in the cost of your stay. The room while small was well thought out with a safe, hairdryer, slippers etc. The washroom was small but a good use of space with sink and bathtub sharing a moveable faucet. Very ingenious! Bed was comfortable and room was clean. I also loved that it was completely smoke free, something you don’t always find in Japanese hotels. I would stay here again and try a bigger room. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

very comfortable friendly hotel

this was a small room but as a Japanese hotel, I think standard. room was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. complementary breakfast had lots of vegetables and healthy choices. staff are very friendly and helpful. They kept my luggage after checkout without a fee. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody visit Narita.
