"Hotel is close to the station which is very convenient. Location was perfect for reason we came to visit. Room was a nice size for a few nights stay. Check out process was very easy and staff were helpful."
"One of the few hotels in Tottori City that has parking on site. We enjoyed the city view and centric location, there were plenty of good restaurants and bars around. Breakfast was delicious and included local dishes. I would definitely come back again."
"Staff unfriendly, No English at all. The center air conditions in my room was no cold air comes out. A small portable air conditioner with very little cold air. The room was very hot . Not even little coffee for me to drink in the morning. I think their cup in the room never been washed, I used their cup to drink water in the morning, I had stomach pain and diarrhea in the noon time. Etc. I would never live there again. "
"Perfect little hotel on the river front with easy access to the entire town. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they took really good care of the hotel. "
"Such a nice place! Very relaxing onsen.
My partner and I went there for one night, the room is very nice with it's own seating area (two chairs and a table) by the window.
There are yukata's by the entrance where you can pick one out and use during your visit (I totally wanted to bring one with me home, but didn't of course)
There is ping-pong included, just write your name down at the time slot you want to play. Parking's included.
There's also Karaoke but it cost a bit.
We only had time to...
"Property located about 15 min walk from the main Onsen strip but it provides shuttle service to the strip every half hour. Rooms are large and very nice. Most notable is their buffet dinner and breakfast is excellent with various delicacies almost comparable to high end restaurant but with so much more variety."
"The Ryokan is on the main street of Kinosaki -onsen, with great view and easy access to all the public bathhouses. The customer services were really good. They also provide good dinner and breakfast there. And I appreciated that they allowed me to store my luggages even after checkout."
"Beautiful room, very helpful and friendly staff, fabulous breakfast, staff got us a lunch reservation, great access to the 6 onsen. Quiet and lovely town to get restore and rest!"

"The entire experience was wonderful and beyond expectation. From the welcoming staff upon arrival, excellent service throughout our stay, to the meals, amenities, facilities and assistance provided, we had the most amazing two-day trip while staying at this ryokan!"
"This is a wonderful Ryokan. The staff are lovely and the facilities are great. This is a relaxing small Ryokan with great food and we found it to be the highlight of our trip so far, wishing we stayed two nights instead of just one. The dinner was absolutely delicious and though it was a lot of food we loved every course. The private Onsenji were clean and had great soaps and shampoos. This place is a luxurious and relaxing spot that would be a great option for anyone visiting Kinosaki Onsen. "
"The room was large and the interior was very cozy and modern. It comes with an outdoor shower with a hot tub. This is a small inn/ ryokan but the owners are very pleasant and hospitable. They even drove me back to the train station because of my big luggage. The location is excellent, next to the canal and very convenient to the onsens. I plan to come back. "
"Good breakfast, great location, right next to the station & a mall and a bunch of stores & restaurants, they clean your room everyday unless you donโt want it, the only catch is that you canโt be there from 11-3, but then again you can just put up the sign that says no cleaning and they hang a bag of fresh towels on your doorknob. The microwave was convenient, especially since the mall beside it had a specialty food shop on the base floor that sold a great variety of bentos, the laundry machine and dryer also came in handy. They clean the room pretty well too. Also the shower was one of the best parts, thereโs a holdable shower head and one that comes down from the roof, you can make it so that water comes out of one of them or even both, I loved that. Thereโs also a water dispenser, so you donโt need to buy any water "
"Love the size is the hotel, not too big, not too small. Food was great and the hotel was clean with very friendly staff! It made for a real relaxing stay."
"Beautiful ryokan with a modern aesthetic in rooms. Spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Private baths were very hot and easily booked. Well located and easy to arrange for parking. Yukatas are provided and easy to wander the town, along with included pass to all the baths in town. "
