"Such a nice place! Very relaxing onsen. My partner and I went there for one night, the room is very nice with it's own seating area (two chairs and a table) by the window. There are yukata's by the entrance where you can pick one out and use during your visit (I totally wanted to bring one with me home, but didn't of course) There is ping-pong included, just write your name down at the time slot you want to play. "Amazing stay - hosts were so kind, we were given delicious tea upon arrival and the host was so helpful. Lots of information was given to us about the town and they booked dinner for us at a recommended local restaurant which was also lovely. The room was beautiful, all the furniture had been chosen carefully and thoughtfully. Overall amazing stay and one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Japan. "

"This property is a 5/5 for sure, this was a highlight of my trip. Spend a little extra and get the premium suite with the private bath. The staff are all amazing, they are super professional and always helpful. The hotel Onsen is amazing too, its baths + sauna were so relaxing. The danger about staying here is you never want to leave the hotel. "

"We had a nice stay in one of the deluxe Japanese rooms. It was a treat for us and we felt well taken care of. We chose the half board option and the food and service felt special. The accommodation is just off the main strip but still very close. We really enjoyed our 2 nights. I would have liked to choose between an upper floor or lower floor as I pictured having a garden attached to our open air bath (I am probably being unrealistic so this is on me!), but it was still very lovely!"

"I was welcomed so warmly. I was escorted to my room was wonderful, clean, comfortable and they made me a pot of team an explained were everything was to be found. Kaki was so warm and helpful. She answered all my questions so well and really made the experience extra. So its a 10/10 and because of Kaki its a 11/10!"
