Friendly staff. Room was ready prior to our check-in which also helped with kids. Also accomdated a late check-out. Will definitely use this hotel location again.

Hotel is very new. The room is clean. Staffs were super friendly. Close to shopping center and access to downtown Hamilton.

Good hotel in a strange area. Entry is odd and the industrial area around the hotel makes it difficult to access. Staff were friendly and rooms were great. Pool needs some upkeep.

Close to the highway but have to go through a little bit of a maze to access the parking lot depending on where you’re coming from. Staff at Front Desk were super helpful and friendly. Room was good; bed was firm but comfortable and the pillows were amazing. The TV screen in our room was damaged alittle bit but not enough to interfere with what we were watching. I didn’t use any of the extra facilities like the pool and food so I can’t comment on that. Would stay here again.

The hotel and amenities were great. The only negative review is getting to the hotel. The views out of the back side of the hotel is like a graveyard for transport trucks.

I go to lots of hotels because of work First time I run into bed bugs I do not recommend going to this hotel for at least a year I wish I could add the pictures here but don’t know how Strongly recommend NOT GOING TO THIS HOTEL

The hotel is great. The staff was great. The room was great, but just at the back of the hotel there’s some derelict truck pitstop junkyard that’s ugly to look at… If you don’t really care about it, then it really shouldn’t bother anybody

The hotel was clean and neat--really nice small pool, fitness room was well equipped--bed was nice and comfy and pillows were good. Short stay but a nice stay. Perhaps 40 bucks for 2 beers and one hamburger was a bit on the pricy side-plus tip but all in all a nice stay. Would go again.

I loved this property. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant. The area is in an industial area that I required for business. There is a Walmart Superstore about a 10 minute walk and a few restaurants. I didnt use a car and its near a Go Bus stop....I would recommend it
