Was a very clean and convenient suite. With a pooch (even without a pooch), we especially appreciated having no carpets. The sofa bed needs a bit of fixing. All in all, a great place to sleep!

Keycard not programmed. Had to come back down to get them reprogrammed. Very noisy close to freeway, especially room on the freeway side. Could hear the noise all night long. Yoghurt frozen at breakfast - couldn’t eat it.

Everthing was good, except tha, on arrival, I requested a late checkout and was told no problem, just to mention it when I come down for breakfast. So on the checkout day, I did, and was told I eould need to pay half a day! So, instead of a 5-hour delayed checkout, I reduced it to 2 hrs. All they gave me was 1 hour. Then they phoned before the hour was even up. They should have been more flexible and accommodating.

The front desk staff were very nice however they gave me a room that was already occupied. He then upgraded my room at no charge for the inconvenience. Then in the new room the T.V wasn’t functioning properly so they had to come up and set it up. So in all about an hour before I settled. Otherwise everything was fine

Don’t let the photos fool you. This is an old hotel with low ceilings and all the sound travel of an 80s barn. Was given a room close to the elevators…. Asked to move from there and told they would ask manager…. No one got back to us, sleepy family so we went to bed. Spent the night being woken up every time someone used the ‘vator. Old saggy and uncomfortable beds. No comforters. Told folks in the morning of our sleep and asked for compensation and they said sorry should have told us last night. (Insert frustration and rolled eyeballs here) they just didn’t care. For 160/nt look elsewhere.

Staff were amazing and attentive. Very accommodating and friendly. Nice to have breakfast available Fantastic location. Dog friendly. Restaurants/Fast food. Beautiful walkability. Lake views. Convenient on/off hwy. Outside grounds need better clean up protocol. Garbage/Beer cans/dog poop. A few more garbage cans cigarette butt canister instead of butts on the ground at door - need to do better.
