" Good stay"

"Very clean, bright, and modern. Perfect location for travel as it's 200 metres from the Hauptbahnhof (there's a big sign pointing the way in the train station.) There is construction on the route. There is NO wifi unless you join their rewards program. Automated check in "

"The bathroom and the carpet were so filthy that I had to call room-service to take care of it: yellow spots on the floor around the toilet, toothbrush splashes on the wall, hairs on the walls/my bed/the floor, multiple dark drink spots on the carpeted floor. The HVAC did not work either. I called room-repair again, to request a warmer temp.,the gentleman told me to wait 20 minutes, but after 1 hr it had cooled the room 2 degrees Celsius, instead of heating it.The staff was very friendly otherwise, but could not take care of the filth and heat. I did not receive a different room either. The room was quiet, and the restaurant and food were great, though. "

"Really nice hotel avery close to the airport with a shuttle bus should you need it. I had a hire car and the parking is quite handy, just nearby at a public car park. The staff are very friendly and helpful and rooms very spacious and clean and modern. This hotel is nicer that others in the same area and staff much more friendly and professional too. "

"the hotel is brand new. everything in the hotel is spotless. the rooms are modern. the beds are comfortable. the breakfast was excellent. the hotel has free parking, that made a huge difference as I had a car and I was concerned that I would not be able to park the car. you can get free caffee at the loby area. the internet was good."

"If booking for convenience to Airport Check-in, you get that for certain. Room was clean and generally comfortable, but there was no cold running water. Worse, the ice machine was broken and my key wouldn't let me onto another floor to get ice. Staff was somewhat responsive in that they sent ice up, but the maintenance that was supposed to check the water never showed up. Overall the Hilton Garden Inn next door is a better offering."
